me and baby found new hobbies to keep ourselves busy individually.. guess these few days or weeks.. he doesn't have the gaming feel so he's not into gaming that much already.. his hobby = Fly Helicopter.. not too bad la.. at least he got something to keep him busy while i'm working.. cos most of the time i'm working while he's not..
and my new found hobby starts tml.. hehee... something similar to cross stitch.. but i heard from the auntie this will takes at most 5 days to complete if u do it everyday... good la.. but ex la.. if like i can complete it within little days i would spend more.. though its much more cheaper than baby's hobby...
watched Transformer le.. nice la.. was very kept to the seats for its fighting and stuff.. good job...
next sunday is anniversary.. 7 years already.. but dunno wat to buy yet.. yup.. i got an OBVIOUS HINT about baby's new hobby... hinting i should get something around that area... but dun have money la.. all so ex one.. trying to keep my bills pay now is like difficult already lor... nope.. i'm not spending money anymore.. its just all bills and payments that i need to handle.. watever it is.. hopefully i can survive and still save money... dunno wat i should ask from him.. actually i dun have anything i want now... just like to spend the day with him can le... but no ideas yet...
recently been very busy with students and stressing about their progress.. its kind of funny when you thought that you are moving quite slow with the student and then they comment its too fast... and vice versa.. so i'm glad that i've asked.. and seeing some improvement in one of the high grade students is quite a relieved.. at least now she's improving a little.. but to make it for next year feb exam.. a bit difficult cos grade 8 is still not easy task anymore now.. last time.. thinking about the grade 8 exams i took.. i think its equivalent to like grade 6 or a bit of 7 pieces standard now... how it have raised sia.. just not had theory lessons with my teacher.. so there we were comparing last time standard and now standard... the theory papers are like getting more difficult now.. wonder why... probably AB wants to fail ppl more so that the students will study harder and pass with very good results.. raising standard is not a bad thing.. but for singapore students now i think its a killer thing... last time ppl will work hard.. nowadays.. difficult to find ppl who are hard working... they are very busy and occupied with academic stuff and excuses will come flying here and there saying.. no time la.. worst still others complain is difficult... comes to think of it... where got ppl will improve one when they focus on simple things.. dunno why students nowadays just dun get it..
this morning i have a student.. sia la.. ask her start a piece like want her life like that... keeps on frowning and saying its long la.. difficult la... but the thing is that is a song that she can plays.. becos she never practice and dun bother to.. so she said its difficult.. come on la.. if its simple why would i bother to let u practice in the first place... if its simple i would just say "ok play now once and we can carry on..." students are so pampered now la...
